Quality Price Value I was geared up to love this hairspray. I do LIKE it, but not LOVE it. Most of the reviews posted say it is not sticky but I found just the opposite. I like hairspray that does not clump my hair. When I use this my hair gets clumpy. I will continue to use it up as the smell is heavenly and I do like the shine.
